One that really stuck with me was “Extreme Ownership” by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
It flipped the script for me on leadership. The idea that everything – wins, losses, problems, solutions – comes back to you and how you lead… that hit hard. No more pointing fingers. No more excuses.
It’s a book I think every entrepreneur or team leader should read. Straightforward, no fluff, and full of real-world application.
