One book that seriously shifted my mindset is “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz.
It’s simple, but powerful. The agreement that hit me the hardest was:
? “Don’t take anything personally.”In life, it’s easy to get caught up in rejection, ghosting, or social stress. This book reminded me that most of what people do is a reflection of them, not you.
It’s become a mental reset for me whenever things feel heavy. Short read, but huge impact.

One that really stuck with me was “Extreme Ownership” by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
It flipped the script for me on leadership. The idea that everything – wins, losses, problems, solutions – comes back to you and how you lead… that hit hard. No more pointing fingers. No more excuses.
It’s a book I think every entrepreneur or team leader should read. Straightforward, no fluff, and full of real-world application.

One book that really shifted how I think is <em data-start=”118″ data-end=”132″>The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. It introduced this concept called the “Upper Limit Problem,” which is the idea that we all have an internal cap on how much success, happiness, or love we’re comfortable with. And when we hit that limit, we tend to subconsciously self-sabotage.
Reading that felt like someone holding up a mirror and saying, “Maybe it’s actually you holding yourself back.” It made me take a hard look at how I approach both life and business.
